Living & Seminar Centre - Eco Village   Physical Basics:
Besides using ecological building materials, ecological & free energy technologies, flowform water supply and sewage systems, Permaculture – and so on the structure as well as the shape of buildings and villages are very important. Most of the houses and flats we live in are rectangular boxes. This form of a building blocks the energy in the centre and creates negative energy – declaring war -to its neighbours. That is why my designs are based on circles and spirals – like nature.
Human Basics: The real problem in manifesting a community - is - the people. To manifest a free community – away from leadership and ideas of all kinds – one needs free people. People are free when they know their real true being – and when they live their own truth.

The Eco village The independent eco village – has 3 parts - Academy – Village – Technology – is giving home, education – and work for several hundred people – living in harmony with creation - living a life in paradise. The fundamental structure of my Eco Village is the flower of life. The complete design again is very simple – just circles within circles.

Living in peace and harmony with creation – living a life of fulfilment and love – is a dream of mankind. Now these dreams are becoming a reality – because some humans are reaching that state of consciousness which is needed to realize that dream. These people create a true community – which is based on just one rule – love. The project – is reflecting that dreams in its designs – and gives a group of people a home – reflecting their way of life..   The design The central round space – a call it a “Kiva –sacred Space”– serves as a spiritual centre for a community of 12 people (6 permanent residents plus 6 guests) – plus additional - also round - guest houses. Added to the centre circle – on both sides are two wings – the home for the two families – surrounding two interior gardens. The fundamental design shows two rings uniting with each other – creating Fibonacci Spirals – the fundamental law of design - in nature..

 
I am into Eco Villages since 1987. Since then I did learn a lot about environmentally friendly ways to build houses. I have done two designs for Ecovillage Projects in Austria in the years 2000 and 2005. I have done the designs for some private ecological houses. I am a specialist in Feng Shui and Geobiology – as well as in the Matrix of the Soul – I call Soulstar – the Awakening of the Inner Child
